Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal or by contacting support.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Email support@resume.academy with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email and reason for the request. We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not trigger a refund unless within the 14-day window. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
