We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address) and when uploading resumes or pasting job descriptions for tailoring. Resume content is processed temporarily and stored securely to provide our service.
Your data is used solely to deliver resume tailoring, interview preparation, and account management. We do not sell your personal data or resume content to third parties.
Resume and job description content is sent to our AI processing pipeline for the sole purpose of generating tailored outputs. This data is not used to train or improve AI models beyond your active sessions.
We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled by Polar, a PCI-compliant processor; we never store full payment details.
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@resume.academy.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@resume.academy.
